1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

When you complete the contact form on this site we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Your brand name and its website or social profiles
  • Commercial information about your business: approximate revenue and ad spend
  • Whatever message you choose to write

When you book a call through our calendar, the service provider (Google) additionally collects the data needed to manage the appointment under its own policies.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this site.

3. Purposes

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):

  • Responding to your enquiry
  • Assessing whether there is a fit between your brand and our services
  • Scheduling and holding the diagnostic call
  • Preparing and sending you a proposal
  • Delivering contracted services and managing the commercial relationship

Secondary purposes (you may opt out without affecting the relationship):

  • Sending you content, articles and updates on ecommerce and digital advertising
  • Inviting you to events, webinars or training
  • Internal statistical analysis to improve our services

To opt out of secondary purposes, emailfabian@quantika.agency. Your refusal will never be a reason to deny you the services you request.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with the technology providers required to operate, who act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect your information:

  • Email and calendar provider (Google Workspace)
  • Form handling provider
  • Web hosting provider (Hostinger)
  • Web analytics tools, where active

Some of these providers may store information outside Mexico. By submitting the form you consent to that international transfer, which is always carried out under protections equivalent to those required by Mexican law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it when inaccurate, request its cancellation, andobject to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, emailfabian@quantika.agency with the subject "Data rights", including your full name, a means of contact, a copy of official identification and a clear description of your request.

We respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Retention

We keep your data while a commercial relationship is active and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Prospect data that does not convert into a client relationship is kept for a maximum of 24 months.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies by default. If we add analytics tools or advertising pixels in future, we will update this policy and request your consent where applicable law requires it.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use. No system is infallible, but we commit to notifying you of any breach that materially affects your rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change will be published on this page with its updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
